The Story
Ash and Jessi have been friends since their first day of university. They studied together, graduated together, and both built their careers in chiropractic.
Ash went on to own his own practice, living the daily tension every practice owner knows: the constant pull between working in the practice as a practitioner and working on it as a business owner. There never seemed to be enough time for both. Like most owners, he turned to a marketing agency for the answer. A reputable one, with a polished pitch and a detailed contract. It didn't go well. The deliverables promised weren't delivered. Updates had to be chased. Money left every month and he couldn't tell what it was actually producing. When he finally tried to leave, he found he was locked in for another three months, still paying for a service he'd lost all confidence in.
Jessi saw the same problem from a different angle. Working with one of Australia's largest chiropractic franchises, he watched a big operation pour serious money into an agency that overcharged and underdelivered, across location after location. Same story, bigger scale: reports nobody understood, results nobody could measure, and a marketing spend that never matched the patients it brought in.
That shared experience lit a fire.
